How billing works
Seats are a quantity
Set how many seats you need at checkout and adjust the count as your team changes. Your subscription bills for the seats you hold.
Monthly, cancel any time
Billing is monthly. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Who gets which seat
The person who pays becomes the owner and manages billing. Owners and admins can invite teammates and assign them an admin or member seat; everyone tracks their own production. You cannot invite more people than you have seats, so the seat count is the only number you need to manage.
Solo? Buy one seat. Nothing about the team features gets in your way.

Do I need to move my data out of my LOS?
No. Emlo is your production and activity layer, not a loan origination system. You enter the loans you want to track and the relationships you want to grow.
What happens right after I pay?
You will get an email within a few minutes with a link to set your password and open your workspace. If it has not arrived in ten minutes, check spam, then email [email protected].
Can I add seats later?
Yes. Pick your seat count at checkout and change it any time from billing. Pricing is per seat, per month.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on iPhone and Android, plus the full web app at app.emlo.app. Same account, same data.
What if I am a solo loan officer?
That is the default. Buy one seat. The team features stay out of your way until you need them.
How do I cancel?
From your billing portal, any time. You keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.
